Cake Mix Cookies
Cake Mix Cookies are so easy using a boxed cake mix. Use your favorite flavor cake mix and mix-ins to make the best cookie!

Ingredients
- 1 box Devil's Food cake mix 15.25 ounces
- ½ cup oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup butterscotch chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°. Line baking sheets with parchment paper or spray with cooking spray.
- Combine cake mix, eggs and oil in a large blow, fold in butterscotch chips.1 box Devil's Food cake mix, ½ cup oil, 2 eggs, 1 cup butterscotch chips
- Drop rounded teaspoons onto prepared baking sheet. Bake 10 - 12 minutes or until cookies are set. Cookies will look moist. Cool 2 minutes on cookie sheets and then move to a wire cooling rack.
Notes
I use a 1 tablespoon cookie scoop to portion out the cookie dough.
