Cheddar Macaroni Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 pound elbow macaroni
  • 1 cup celery chopped
  • ½ cup cheese chunks
  • ¼ cup red onion finely chopped
  • 1 ¼ cups mayonnaise
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 ½ tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 ½ teaspoon sugar
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Cook macaroni for the minimum amount of time specified on the package. Drain and rinse with cold water.

  • In a small bowl mix the mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, vinegar, sugar, pepper, and salt until combined. Set aside.

  • In a large bowl combine the macaroni, cheese chunks, celery, and onion. Add the sauce and stir to combine.
