Ingredients

  • 8 hard boiled eggs peeled and chopped
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp chives chopped
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients in a medium sized bowl until combined.
  • Serve on your favorite bread with lettuce, if desired.
