Make this copycat Starbucks vanilla sweet cream at home with just 2 simple ingredients. It’s creamy, lightly sweet, and perfect for iced coffee or cold brew.
Add 1 cup water and 1 cup sugar to a small saucepan. Bring it to a boil over high heat, reduce to medium heat and cook stirring often until sugar melts, usually just a couple of minutes. Take off heat and stir in 1 ½ tablespoons vanilla extract.Let cool completely before mixing with the heavy cream.To make this with a vanilla pod just add it to the mixture before you cook it and then strain out the vanilla bean.
