Make an easy iced mocha coffee recipe at home for a perfect summer beverage using coffee, milk and either chocolate sauce or cocoa powder and sugar! Get the simple measurements and instructions here.
Mix chocolate sauce into coffee in a tall glass, add milk and give it a good stir. (See below if you are using cocoa powder and sugar instead of chocolate sauce.)
Add ice and top with whipped cream and your favorite garnish, if desired.
Notes
Substitute chocolate sauce for 2 teaspoons cocoa powder and 1 tablespoon of sugar. Nutrition facts are for Iced Mocha using chocolate sauce and are approximate. Whether you are using freshly brewed coffee or leftover coffee you will get the best results when you add the chocolate sauce (or cocoa powder and sugar) to the hot coffee. With that being said, if you use chocolate sauce it mixes together just fine in the cold coffee. You will definitely want the coffee to be hot if you are using cocoa powder and sugar. If you are using freshly brewed coffee it will need to be cooled. See in post for tips on how to cool coffee.
