Ingredients

  • 2 half pound hamburger patties
  • 2 hamburger buns
  • butter
  • burger condiments and toppings

Instructions

  • Preheat grill to 425° with lid closed, about 5 minutes. 
  • Butter buns and place on grill for 2-3 minutes, leave lid open.
  • Place burger patties on grill, close lid and cook 3 minutes.
  • Flip burgers over and cook an additional 2-3 minutes, or until it reaches the desired level of doneness. 
  • Serve with your favorite condiments and toppings.
