Ingredients

  • 2 containers vanilla Greek yogurt 5.3 oz each
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1 cup 1% or skim milk
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 ½ cups ice
  • Graham cracker crumbs for garnish

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients into blender.
  • Blend on low until you no longer hear large chunks of ice hitting the sides of the pitcher, the time it takes to get this accomplished will depend on the power of the blender you are using. Then turn up to medium, blend 10-15 seconds, turn up to high and blend until smooth.
  • Pour into four 12 oz (or larger) glasses and top with crumbled graham cracker crumbs, if desired.

Notes

I cut the frozen bananas into thirds before adding it to the blender.
