Ingredients

  • Cooking spray
  • 1 pound broccoli
  • ¼ cup Italian dressing
  • 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425°. Spray a rimmed sheet pan liberally with cooking spray.
  • Cut broccoli into medium to large pieces, discarding the stems.
  • Arrange on sheet pan in a single layer and drizzle with Italian dressing, toss to coat. Bake for 17-20 minutes or until tender and beginning to brown.
  • Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.

Notes

Line your baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil to make cleanup a breeze.
Make sure not to overcrowd the pan—giving the broccoli space helps it roast beautifully instead of steaming.
