Ingredients

  • 3 cups low carb vanilla ice cream
  • 1 ¼ cups milk
  • ¼ teaspoon mint extract
  • 8 drops green food coloring
  • whipped topping

Instructions

  • Put ice cream, milk, mint extract and food coloring into a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Pour into a glass and top with whipped topping.
