Mild Mexican Taco Chili features ground beef, tomatoes, two kinds of beans, corn, green chiles, taco seasoning and Ranch dressing. It is mild making it perfect for the whole family. It also comes together quickly making it great for any night of the week.
In a Dutch oven cook ground beef and onion over medium-high heat until ground beef is brown and onions are translucent, about 8 - 10 minutes. If you don't use lean ground beef then drain fat.
2 pounds lean ground beef, 1 medium onion
Add taco seasoning and Ranch dressing and stir until well combined.
Add the chili beans, black beans, corn, tomatoes, and green chiles. Simmer for about 10 minutes, or until heated through. Reduce the heat as needed to maintain a gentle simmer.
1 can chili beans, 1 can black beans, rinsed and drained, 1 can Mexican style corn, drained, 1 can diced tomatoes, 1 can tomatoes with green chiles, 1 can green chiles
Top with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
