Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoons butter
  • 2 slices American cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Add butter to a small nonstick skillet over medium heat, when the butter melts place cheese slices into the hot pan and let melt slightly.

  • Beat eggs in a small bowl.

  • Add eggs to the pan on top of the melted cheese, continue cooking stirring constantly to keep the texture of the eggs smooth and creamy and to prevent overcooking, about 3-5 minutes.
