These Grilled Chicken Cool Wraps are the perfect lunch or light dinner, made with simple, fresh ingredients. Packed with grilled chicken, crisp lettuce, and two kinds of cheese, they're easy to assemble and ideal for meal prep. We love serving them with a creamy, zesty Avocado Lime Ranch Dressing for a flavor boost.

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces grilled chicken breasts
  • 4 tortillas, your favorite kind
  • 8 leaves green leaf lettuce
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • Avocado Lime Ranch Dressing

Instructions

  • Add a couple of lettuce leaves to each tortilla.
    4 tortillas, your favorite kind, 8 leaves green leaf lettuce
  • Divide the cheese between the wraps.
    ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese, ½ cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • ​Place about 3 ounces of chicken on top of the lettuce and cheese.
    12 ounces grilled chicken breasts
  • Wrap as tightly as possible. 
  • Serve with Avocado Lime Ranch Dressing or your favorite!
