This homemade Salted Caramel Mocha Frappuccino is an easy blended coffee drink made with chocolate, toffee nut and caramel flavors and a touch of sea salt.
Put about ¼ cup of whipped cream into the bottom of a tall glass. Drizzle ½ tablespoon of caramel sauce over the whipped cream. Sprinkle a small amount of sea salt over the caramel.
Place the instant coffee, milk, chocolate sauce, toffee nut syrup and ice in a blender, pulse until the mixture is blended.
1 cup ice, 6 tablespoons milk, ½ tablespoon instant coffee, 1 tablespoon toffee nut syrup, 1 tablespoon chocolate sauce
Pour into the glass and top with more whipped cream, add another ½ tablespoon caramel sauce on top of the whipped cream and add another small pinch of sea salt.
Notes
You want the ice to be small enough to easily go through a straw. You can leave it chunkier if you have a large straw or are going to drink it without a straw. 6 tablespoons of milk equals 3 fluid ounces. I list it in tablespoons since that measurement is easy to use with any measuring cup or spoon. This makes one serving that is approximately 12 ounces, including the whipped cream and caramel sauce in the bottom of the glass. The glass shown in the photos holds about 14 ounces.
