A Quick and Easy Pork Chop Dinner

We love using our air fryer to make quick work of dinner.

We start with inexpensive boneless pork chops and season them simply with Montreal steak seasoning. I like that it’s a one-and-done seasoning that includes salt, black pepper, red pepper, onion, garlic, and other spices.

My philosophy when cooking is often to use as few ingredients as possible while still getting delicious results. That’s exactly what we’re doing here! No breading or complicated spice mixtures, just tender, juicy pork chops with plenty of flavor.

    Ingredient Notes

Overhead of a package of boneless pork chops, a can of nonstick canola oil spray and a bottle of Montreal steak seasoning.
    • Pork chops: I use boneless pork chops that are about 1 inch thick and weigh approximately 6 ounces each. I have not tested bone-in chops for this recipe.
    • Cooking spray: We buy canola oil cooking spray, but other types will work.
    • Seasoning: I keep it simple with Montreal steak seasoning, but you can use your favorite seasonings.

Air fry for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through.

Tips for Juicy Air Fryer Pork Chops

    • Cooking time varies depending on the thickness of the pork chops and air fryer model.
    • Cook until the internal temperature reaches 145°F, then rest for at least 3 minutes.
    • Avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket. We cook 2–4 pork chops at a time.

What to Serve with Air Fryer Pork Chops

These air fryer pork chops are delicious served with Herb Roasted Potatoes and Italian Roasted Broccoli, as shown in the photos.

    Storage and Reheating

Store leftover pork chops in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat gently in the microwave or air fryer until heated through, being careful not to overcook them because they can dry out.
