    Ingredient Notes

    • Cold Brew: Make my Homemade Cold Brew Concentrate using regular ground coffee or grab your favorite store-bought. You can also use very strong coffee that’s been cooled.
    • Milk: We always have whole milk in the fridge, but you can use any kind of milk you like, dairy or non-dairy.
    • Pumpkin Sauce: Use store-bought or my Copycat Starbucks Pumpkin Sauce (it’s made with real pumpkin and tastes just like pumpkin pie in liquid form!). Pumpkin Spice syrup will also work, but keep in mind it won’t be as creamy.
    • Ice: You can’t have an iced latte without ice, right?!
    • Garnish: For a true coffee shop version, top your latte with whipped cream and a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice. Not required, but highly recommended—it’s so good!

How to Make Iced Pumpkin Spice Latte

    1. Mix cold brew, milk, and pumpkin sauce in a tall glass, fill the rest of the way up with ice.
    2. Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of pumpkin spice or cinnamon.
