October is National Pizza Month, so Sunday Supper this week is all about pizza! There are so many delicious pizza and pizza inspired foods that I can see why it takes a whole month to honor it.

This is one of those great dishes that you can whip up in about half an hour and the kids (adults, too) will love. My 15 year-old loved this stuffed bread pizza. Serve it with a salad and you have a great meal with little effort.

In fact, this recipe is so easy, you could get the kids in the kitchen cooking with you. You could have more than one crust and different pizza sauces and toppings. We made two of these for four of us and we gobbled them up.
