You are going to absolutely love how easy this Sugar Cookie Christmas Fudge recipe is! Plus it only requires 5 basic ingredients.

This delicious sugar cookie fudge is made using sugar cookie mix, white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, butter, and festive sprinkles. It has the perfect combination of sugar cookie flavor and white chocolate fudge flavor. It is one of the my favorite treats this year.

Every year I make treat bags for my bosses and some of my co-workers. This year the bags had this fudge, Chocolate Covered Pretzel Rods, Soft White Chocolate Chip Cranberry Cookies, Classic Peanut Butter Cookies, and Rolo Ritz Crackers. I have some lucky co-workers, don’t I?

Why you’ll love this Christmas cookie fudge recipe

    • It is the perfect sweet treat for the holiday season because it is so easy.
    • This delicious fudge is a great addition to your Christmas cookie trays.
    • It’s an ideal edible gift to give family, friends and co-workers.
    • Combines two Christmas party favorites to make one delicious treat.
    • No candy thermometer is necessary to make this recipe.

The sweetened condensed milk, cookie mix, butter, chocolate chips and sprinkles needed to make the Sugar Cookie Christmas Fudge Recipe.

    Ingredient Notes

sugar cookie mix – this is the dry cookie mix that comes in a package on the aisle with the cake mixes. There are several different kinds to choose from and some stores have their own brand that is less expensive.

white chocolate chips – any brand will work perfectly.

sweetened condensed milk – not only does this help our fudge to be smooth it adds some more sweetness.

butter – we use unsalted butter but either will work well in this homemade fudge recipe.

sprinkles – so these are actually optional but they are necessary in my opinion. Jimmies are my favorite type of sprinkle.

cooking spray – I didn’t count this as one of the ingredients and parchment paper alone will probably do the trick but I give mine a little spray just to be sure it doesn’t stick.

How to make this easy fudge recipe

    1. Prepare a square pan by lining it with parchment paper and giving it a little spray with cooking spray.
    2. Combine the dry cookie mix, sweetened condensed milk, chocolate chips, and butter in a medium saucepan. Start it on medium heat and then lower the heat as necessary so your fudge mixture doesn’t burn. Stir very often so it doesn’t stick and everything gets mixed together.
    3. Pour the fudge into the prepared pan, smooth the top out and add Christmas sprinkles.
    4. Let set, use a sharp knife cut into squares.
All of the ingredients in the pan, not mixed on the left and mixed on the right.

    Tips

    • You can use an 8″ or 9″ square pan.
    • A metal pan will work better than a glass baking dish.
    • Parchment paper works better than wax paper or aluminum foil, but they will work if that is all you have.
    • For best results work quickly when pouring the fudge into the pan and smoothing it out.
    • Press the sprinkles into the top of the fudge immediately after you get it smoothed out. As you can see in my photos some of my sprinkles came off.
    • This can set up at room temperature or in the refrigerator. If you let it set up in the fridge then take it out a bit before you want to cut it.
    • Cut it into as many pieces as you want. I make this to put into treat bags to take to work so I cut it into 64 pieces. It is rich and sweet and small pieces that are one or two bites are perfect.

    Storage

Store cookie dough fudge in an airtight container at room temperature for about a week.
