We are excited for this Almond Cookie Review & Giveaway, sponsored by JSL Foods!
This Almond Cookie Review & Giveaway is our first post of its kind! I was contacted by JSL Foods to do a product review and giveaway and I thought, why not? Free food is always good, and I’m posting on this blog anyway. I also thought it would be tons of fun to do a product giveway. I’ve thought about doing one before, but I wasn’t sure so I just kept putting it off.
So, a little more about the giveaway. You can enter to win by going to my Facebook page or commenting on this post. The prize is 3 products of your choice from JSL Foods. They have a variety of different ready-made noodle and rice dishes, as well as wrappers and Asian cookies.
I used some of the egg roll wrappers to make Baked Cheeseburger Egg Rolls, so go check those out. The wrappers are GMO Free.
Now for more about the Almond Cookies. I’ve said it many times; dessert is my weakness, so cookies seemed to be the logical choice. I am a self-proclaimed cookie connisseur.
So these cookies are a lot like a short bread cookie, only better. You know, because there are almonds in there! They are not overly sweet, and I really like that. Just 7 grams of sugar in two cookies. I also like that they give you the nutritional information on two cookies, because who is only gonna eat one cookie?! These cookies also come individually wrapped, great for sending with the kids or take to work.
This giveaway is limited to entrants within the Contiguous United States (the lower 48). You can enter until midnight 7/26/2017. A winner will be chosen on 7/27/2017.
Once a winner is chosen I will email the winner. I will then send the name and email address to JSL Foods, and they will confirm the shipping address and then ship the product directly to the winner.

My parents loved almond cookies and would always ask for extra ones whenever they ordered Chinese take-out.

The cookies look good — I like anything almond-flavored. I haven’t noticed Twin Dragon products in the stores where I normally shop. Wonder if they’re only sold in certain chains?
Mindy Boyd says
Target sells them, but I’m not sure if that is in all markets. They are also available on Amazon and eBay. Thanks for stopping by!

Love the Baked Cheeseburger Egg Rolls that you made with the Egg Roll Wrappers. I use the Wonton Wrappers often.

Shortbread cookies sound great! The only thing I don’t like is their package…too many unnecessary plastic bags in that small box..
Mindy Boyd says
I understand, thanks!
