    Pizza Night Upgrade

We love homemade pizza night, but sometimes plain pepperoni just isn’t what I’m in the mood for.

Chicken, bacon, ranch, and plenty of mozzarella make this one a little different without getting too adventurous.

Crispy bacon, creamy ranch dressing, and freshly shredded mozzarella give you plenty of flavor without a long list of toppings.

And really, it’s hard to go wrong when bacon and ranch are involved.

    Ingredients

See recipe card for exact amounts.

Measured cooked chicken, shredded mozzarella, ranch dressing and chopped bacon to make the chicken bacon ranch pizza.

    Ingredient Notes

    • Pizza Crust: We love our homemade pizza crust for this recipe, but store-bought works great if you’re short on time.
    • Chicken: Leftover chicken, rotisserie chicken, or pre-cooked chicken cubes all work great.
    • Ranch Dressing: Homemade or your favorite store-bought ranch dressing is perfect for this pizza.
    • Cheese: I like freshly shredded mozzarella. Pre-shredded won’t melt quite as well, but it’s a great shortcut.
    • Bacon: I use thick-cut center-cut bacon, but any bacon works, even the pre-cooked variety to make this even easier.

How to Make Chicken Bacon Ranch Pizza

Here’s a quick overview of the main steps. Scroll (or jump) to the recipe card below for detailed instructions.

Pizza shaped pizza dough topped with creamy ranch dressing and freshly shredded mozzarella cheese.

Spread ranch dressing onto the pizza crust, leaving about an inch around the edge. Top with mozzarella.

Tender chicken chunks and crispy bacon added on top of the ranch dressing and mozzarella cheese.

Top with cooked chicken and bacon, then bake for 11–13 minutes.

What to Serve with Chicken Bacon Ranch Pizza

Chicken Bacon Ranch Pizza is pretty hearty, so I like to keep the sides simple. Here are a few easy ideas to round out pizza night:

    • Italian Style Salad
    • Fruit salad
    • Roasted broccoli
    • Cheesy breadsticks
